    • Appointment booking confirmation SMS messages are sent the day of booking.

    • Appointment SMS reminders are sent 7, 3 and 1 day(s) prior to the appointment date.

    • Appointment email reminders are sent 7 and 1 day(s) prior to the appointment date. 

    • No Show emails are sent once when applicable.
